UPDATE: DH went to the doc's yesterday & the swelling had gone down enough to know what was going on. He did indeed tear a muscle & pulled some ligaments in his hip. He is back at work today but uses a cane to get around. He's really feeling old now, probably reminds himself of his father who in the end used a cane to move about. Thank you for all of your prayers ... I think without them his recovery time could have been much longer.

I am sorry DH is using a cane...i sure hope he is not in any pain anymore!
