I made this tag for a challenge that was presented to the LilA's psp group. We were told to make a blinkie ... the them word art! Now for me ... blinkie are just not easy. They take me forever to do, maybe why I never made many before I bbecame active in the group again. I still don't have to do them but I'm a sucker for a challenge.
