I made this tag for a challenge that was presented last week in the LilA's psp group. We were told to make something using a scrap kit. I really love using scrap kits ... there are so many different possibilities. The chance of someone making their tag just like yours is almost impossible. The cat I found on photobucket ... don't know who it belongs to. I thought of my daughter when I made this tag ... she loves cats!
